You can book an appointment for am and pm on the day by telephoning from 08:00. You can also book an appointment for am and pm two weeks in advance.

Please note all appointments are subject to availability and that alternative opening hours may be in operation during holidays/sickness.

If you need to be seen on the day and we have run out of appointments you will be triaged by telephone.  You must be available to take the telephone call.

We are trying to make access easier for our patients’, please help us by booking appointments appropriately and by cancelling if you no longer need an appointment.

Be On Time

Please arrive promptly and remember to cancel your appointment if you can no longer keep it, someone else may need to see the doctor urgently.

Speaking To Doctor or Nurse

Patients wishing to speak to a doctor or nurse should ring the normal surgery number.  Your name, contact telephone number and reason for call will be taken.  The appropriate doctor or nurse will return your call during the same day (08:00 – 18:00 Mondays to Fridays).

Urgent Appointments

If you require an appointment for a problem that you feel will not wait until the next available routine appointment you will be given a time to attend – usually at the end of morning surgery or at the beginning of afternoon surgery.  You may not be able to see the doctor of your choice and may also have to wait longer than usual.
