My Health On-Line has been replaced by the new NHS Wales App. The App is a simple and secure way to: order repeat prescriptions and view parts of your medical record. Efficiency

Please assist us in maintaining the utmost efficiency of our service by minimising both the queue at the desk and the wait times on the telephone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

  • Request your repeat medication via NHS Wales App. The App will notify you when the prescription is printed.
  • Select a 'preferred pharmacy' so your signed prescription is automatically sent to the pharmacy instead of collecting it from our reception desk.
  • Phone after 8am for same day appointments and if possible, after 10am for routine appointments.
  • Check in for your appointment at the self check in screen in reception.
  • Telephone the surgery after 2pm for your test results. Please wait 5 working days after a blood test and 10 working days after a scan.
  • Please ensure your contact details with us are current.
  • Requests for copies of notes can take 28 days to process.
  • Requests for private work can take 6 weeks to process.

All patients seeking GP help must ring reception before attending the surgery.

Requests for a surgery appointment and home visits are likely to be screened via a phone call from a doctor who will decide if a face to face consultation is required, should this be the case the doctor will give you a time to attend surgery.

PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR GENERAL ENQUIRIES TO THE SURGERY - THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

Childhood Immunisations

Vaccination saves lives. Vaccination is the most important thing we can do to protect ourselves and our children against ill health.

It is important that all children and babies are fully immunised to protect them from potentially serious diseases. Once common illnesses, such as diphtheria and tetanus, are now rare in the UK because of immunisation. But while polio has been eliminated in Europe, the threat of other diseases, such as measles and meningitis, has not gone away in the UK today.

Parents with worries or queries about any aspect of their child's immunisations should discuss them with their doctor, health visitor, practice nurse or school nurse.

In the video below, student doctors Kendra and Amaka give a quick and simple guide to childhood immunisations and outline some all-important facts.
